The OIP Lock Haven restaurant & the OIP Mill Hall restaurant have been in operation for over 44+ years.

The owners of the OIP's, the Conigliaro & Cilluffo families, are from a small town on the Island of Sicily called Carini.

They all shared a dream of one day coming to America to share their own great Italian family recipes that had been passed on to them. They wanted to create a restaurant that valued good food, family, and hard work.

The OIP Lock Haven and OIP Mill Hall locations have created their own niche over the years. While OIP Lock Haven focuses on fine dining and 3 course dinners, OIP Mill Hall focuses on Pizzas & Subs. Both families will continue to adjust the restaurants to meet the needs of Lock Haven & Mill Hall residents and guests.

A dream that all started long ago has now spread to its second Generation. In the future years to come, the Conigliaro & Cilluffo children as well as their extended family look forward to carrying on their family traditions in our community.
